普通话流利，有一定的英语基础，熟练使用常用办公软件；
形象气质佳，声音甜美，较好的语言表达能力；
具备一定的公关礼仪常识，有良好的职业道德；
较强的服务意识，愿意主动承担工作，工作能力强，工作认真；
头脑灵活、悟性好，良好的沟通技巧和协调能力；
大专以上学历，年龄22-28岁
